CKXU manages and runs a variety of local programs and opportunities for local musicians, volunteers from both the campus and community, and listeners. This includes:

• Offering local musician resources and supports, including: live session recording opportunities, on-air interviews, local music mailout services, and the !earshot Digital Distro discount code for free album uploads
• Supporting local arts and culture-based events and festivals via sponsorship, donation of services, or on-air advertising
• Hosting and providing live performance opportunities for local events and festivals
• Providing sound and music support for local markets, events, and conferences
• Providing an on-air platform for individuals and organizations to share diverse perspectives, local experiences, and a collective love for local music and arts
• Providing free advertising services to campus and student-run organizations and clubs
• And so much more!
