CKXU is powered by the local campus and community, and we are incredible excited to launch this logo on a limited edition hoodie! Every hoodie purchased directly contributes to CKXU’s ability to BEAT DOWN OUR BILLS! This aligns with CKXU’s October 2024 FUNdrive: Broadcast Beatdown fundraiser! Making radio, keeping the broadcast equipment in tip-top shape, and maintaining our Broadcast tower lease and utilities accounts for 70% of our annual operating expenses and it’s thanks to amazing donors and donors-to-be (like YOU!) that we’re able to pay these bills and keep the good ol’ CKXU tunes a flowing and the volunteer opportunities and resources plentiful!
