“For The Record ” is a grant funded program and radio show that started in October 2020 that focuses on highlighting Alberta based/originating artists from all genres. In 2021 FTR won the National Community Radio Association award for Local Talent Development and in 2022 was syndicated on CKPN 106.3 in Piikani Nation. The show has something different each week whether it is hosting live performances in the CKXU lobby or having an Alberta artist take over the playlist and co-host an episode.
