CupcakeCamp is an ad-hoc gathering of like-minded people with the desire to eat cupcakes!

CupcakeCamp was started in San Francisco by Ariel Waldman, Lynn, Marianne Masculino and Cindy Li. They wanted to bring the community of cupcake bakers and cupcake lovers together to an open enviroment…to eat cupcakes! The event was incredibly successful and inspired people from all over the world to host their own CupcakeCamps! There has even been several in Canada too. People in Vancouver, Ottawa, Kitchener-Waterloo and Toronto have all hosted their own CupcakeCamps. All organized by some very smart and talented people

We wanted to be the first to bring CupcakeCamp to Southern Alberta and we wanted to tie it in with our annual FUNdrive at CKXU. Be excited! Because CKXU is bringing CupcakeCamp to Lethbridge! But we need your particpation to make it successful.

When: Sunday November 1st at 3PM-7PM

Where: Galileos in the Students Union building at the U of L

As a part of CKXUs FUNdrive a table will be at the event that you can donate to CKXU in exchange for our Friends of CKXU discount card, shirts, buttons and much much more.

Refreshments will also be available for sale! Sorry, no alcohol allowed. We hope to have families and children at CupcakeCamp.
